My dad needed 24hr care, my mum is blind, my sister has terminal cancer — but I only get one payment.

As an unpaid carer it matters to me.

Carers give help to the most vulnerable. The DWP needs to help them, not punish them.

Carers’ time is rarely their own. They care with love and compassion.

I work over 117 hours a week caring for my mum for 62p an hour. The government is punishing the public that put them there.

This practice needs to stop now.

If DWP makes the mistake, they should own it.

Carers deserve support for vital work.

Carers live stressful lives in poverty.

Carers give enormous service and should get support.

This reads like the Post Office scandal.

This is a disgrace. Protect our caregivers.

Carers need to be paid more.

People have died before DWP action was taken.

Unpaid carers save the Government thousands. Threatening them is outrageous.

We need help for being a carer.

It’s not our fault you make mistakes.

Labeling carers as criminals is not appropriate.

If a mistake is made, it should be acknowledged.

In-home carers need help, not prosecution.

We need carers. They should not be penalised.
