We have digitised our survey.

To maximise participation in our survey, we have created a purely digital version.

You can still complete the survey in paper form and email it to us at leo@nucuf.com. Your digital survey responses will be collated, anonymised and provided to our partner agencies to help structure the future of caring for unpaid carers now, and in the future.

We will publish the results of this survey annually during Carers Rights Day.

This year it will be 19th November 2026.
